To ensure quality, each item is physically inspected, case logged and photographed to ensure consistency and no defects with 100% genuine Beyond Stretch customer satisfaction.


We are always dedicated to making sure your experience ordering from is as smooth and efficient as possible. Please see below for the shipping methods we offer, so you can choose which is right for you and know when to expect your order.

United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 (depending on location) business days after the item ships (Standard Shipping Method)
  • FedEx Ground:  1-7 (depending on location) business days after the item ships
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 (depending on location) business day after the item ships
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day after the item ships

  • Please note free shipping for available options ONLY applies to our standard shipping (priority option) in USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Free shipping offers – offers which include free shipping will be sent via USPS priority;  please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order is placed, processed, and shipped out. (Free shipping valid for Contiguous US web orders only).
  • Orders placed after 2pm EST may not go out until the next business day. Orders made over the weekend (including holiday weekends) will not go out until the next business day.
  • International shipping is also available – delivery ETA eligibility varies by location. Feel free to email for overseas delivery options and shipping quotes and provide your full shipping address (city, state, province, country, zip/postal code)


Returns & Replacements

This section relates to the return or replacement of all physical products (does not include video or downloadable material) sold on All return and replacement requests should be submitted to Please include your name, contact information, order number, products, and quantities, and photographs of damaged product or packaging if applicable.

Be sure to also include your reason for your request so that we can process your RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) or replacement as promptly as possible. All physical returns must receive an RMA, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Please ship your return in a box via a trackable and insured shipping method. Beyond Stretch is not responsible for lost or missing items shipped to our facility. Refund is for the physical items returned only. Original shipping will not be refunded.

Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with any physical products (CORE Boot)  you have purchased from, please email within 30 days of receipt to return the product as instructed for a full refund of the purchase price (less the cost of shipping). Any approved refunds will be in the same form as original payment within 30 days of receipt of return date. 

If you are not satisfied with Resync Products you have purchased from, please email and visit Shipping & Return policy, and follow any instructions as stated on their website. 

Videos & Online Material

There are no refunds for online videos & downloadable material (eBooks, Webinars, Downloads, etc).



Product Warranty

Beyond Stretch and warrant all Beyond Stretch products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. Cosmetic deterioration from use or misuse does not indicate a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is made to the original owner of the new product. All warranty claims must be filled within the applicable warranty period to be valid.

After 30 days, the replacement remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this limited Product Warranty.

The owner is responsible for the proper maintenance, storage, and use of the product. Beyond Stretch products should only be used according to the product instructions detailed in the Hand and Foot Kit instructional booklet, Beyond Stretch instructional videos, online YouTube video demonstrations with Barbara Depta, and by the direction of trained Beyond Stretch Instructors. We recommend that all clients read the Beyond Stretch instructional book prior to beginning their Beyond Stretch training/practice to familiarize themselves with the science behind the method, form and instructions for each move.

The Limited Warranty does not apply if, according to the Beyond Stretch absolute judgment, any of the following have occurred:

  • Accidental damage, abuse, or neglect
  • Alterations or modifications made to the product
  • Natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, hail, fire, flood, or earthquakes

If Beyond Stretch approves your claim, you will be notified via email and we will ship you a replacement product, free of charge via standard shipping. Please allow for 10-14 business days to complete requests. International requests may take longer. If it has been determined that your product is not covered by this warranty, you will be notified via email.

*After 30 days past the initial point of payment, credit card refunds cannot be processed. Refunds are available as store credit only.



Product Prices

The price for Products is stated in U.S. dollars. The price for an order placed by you may include additional costs, such as taxes, surcharges, shipping, and handling and other fees. You are responsible for the payment of any such additional costs. The total price of the order will be displayed to you before you legally accept the order.

International Taxes and Duties

Please note that additional charges for shipping, duty and taxes may apply. These fees are calculated upon import by the destination country and paid by the customer. These fees are nonrefundable because they are collected by a third party.


Order Placement

Credit card information will be processed by and Beyond Stretch or its third party merchant vendor. You will receive email notification of your order placement, confirmation, and shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. When paying with credit card, you authorize Beyond Stretch to charge the applicable card the amount of the order at the time your order is shipped. If your order requires more than one shipment, we will charge your card separately for each shipment. You will only pay one shipping charge regardless of how many shipments are required to complete your order. You represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Beyond Stretch will have no obligation to fulfill your order.



Cancellation of Order by Beyond Stretch

Beyond Stretch reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason; for example(i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; (ii) inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information on the Site; or (iii) our inability to confirm or obtain authorization for charges to your credit card. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. Beyond Stretch will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit in the amount of the charge to your credit card.

Cancellation of Order by You 

You can cancel your order on our Site before you have received an electronic shipping confirmation notice by sending to the following information: Name, Shipping Address, Order Number, and Reason for Cancellation. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation email, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In that case, you can return the product in accordance with our Return Policy. You may return Products, unopened, in their original packaging. You will need to pay for shipping. Upon receipt of such Products, Beyond Stretch will credit your account for the purchase price.

Risk of Loss 

In the United States, the risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, the U.S. Postal Service, or other third party shipper.
